At just ten years old, Katie stood at the counter in her grandmother's kitchen and stirred her first batch of batter. She didn't know then that she was beginning a lifelong love affair with the craft of baking.
Over the next two decades and more, that curiosity evolved into mastery. Katie studied the science of pastry, the art of sugar work, and the delicate balance of flavor absorbing knowledge from professional kitchens, workshops, and years of dedicated practice.
Today, with more than 30 years of experience and hundreds of cakes to her name, she brings that same joy and precision to every single order.
